The practice will be personalized to your goals and preferences, moods and needs, as we focus on learning how to listen to our bodies and become sensitive for whatever our hearts are carrying.

Whether you are willing to focus on the physical, meditative or spiritual aspect of yoga, I’ll be there with my whole attention, loving hands on adjustments and time for any questions.

WHY PRIVATE CLASSES?

As you are new to this journey, I will help you learn more about your body, so you can flow through your practice with joy instead of judgement. We will focus on confidence and mindfulness of movements, understanding of the breath and exploring the alignment and modifications, all while embracing safe, loving and respectful approach.

Feeling stressed about joining a group class? That’s totally alright, so many of us, including myself, felt anxious and insecure about practicing in a group. Let’s build a base for your practice, replace insecurities with a chilled and positive mindset, and leave behind whatever holds us back from being our amazing and beautiful selves. 

In a setting of private classes we get a beautiful ability to create a practice tailored to your needs and expectations, following your specific personal goals, whether that be relaxation, mental health, strength, flexibility, mindfulness and mediation, or anything you would like to focus on. Since our classes will be adapted to your your needs, they will create a supportive ground for both you and your practice to progress, develop and grow.

Let’s avoid the stress of rescheduling, rushing through your day, or missing on classes because something came up, and together find the time that fits your rhythm and personal plans. A private class offers you a flexible schedule, meeting in a convenient and comfortable for you place, taking lessons in the morning, midday or night, as well as an adjustable length of the practice. I will be glad to meet you at your home, invite you to my place, or take our practice to one of the beautiful Leipzig parks.

A private class does not necessarily have to be a one-to-one practice. Whether you want to share some yoga, meditation or relaxation time with your partner, friend and family, I’ll be happy to meet your needs.
