Our Yoga in the Park opens with a shorter meditation session and breathing exercises, giving ourselves time to simply arrive and become present with our bodies and surrounding us nature. From here we will flow into energizing, sometimes challenging but always joyful movements, building strength and flexibility in our beautiful bodies.
This class is an ALL LEVELS class, open for everyone and every Body. No matter of your abilities and experience, you will find space for challenge and growth.
As we meet in the park there will be more than enough space for all of us to keep a desired distance. There won’t be any hands on adjustments through the class. Remember to bring your own yoga mat/towel.
